How to verify a Catalyst research lot
Find the lot on the vial label or pack insert, open catalystresearchlab.com/verify-coa, enter that lot, and confirm the COA matches the catalog item you received.
Why lot matching matters
A COA only helps if it belongs to the vial in hand. Receiving should match catalog name, net quantity, and lot before the material is logged.
If Verify does not resolve
Re-check the lot characters, then email support@catalystresearchlab.com with the order number, catalog item, and the lot as printed. Do not treat an unresolved lot as verified.
Steps
- Locate the lot number on the vial label or pack insert.
- Open the Verify COA page on catalystresearchlab.com.
- Enter the lot exactly as printed.
- Confirm the returned COA matches the catalog item, net quantity, and lot.
- If it does not resolve, contact support with the order number and printed lot.

Where is the lot number?
On the vial label and usually on the pack insert. Use the lot, not the catalog SKU.
What does a match look like?
Verify COA returns a certificate for that lot and catalog item. Identity, quantity, and lot should agree with the label.
